WSCE does not accept credit cards. The in-store walk in payment methods for clients without special privileges are cash, debit, certified cheques, and bank drafts.
WSCE does not charge additional service fees.
WSCE does not wire funds for customers.
WSCE online is a closed portal for existing clients. Please come into our branch to discuss your currency exchange needs in order to get you approved!
Due to our strict compliance regimes, WSCE requires adequate proof of source of funds whenever turning cash into a financial instrument. WSCE reserves the right to refuse this service to anyone, for any reason.
WSCE may require identification for any transaction, for any amount. Please be prepared to provide one of the following documents:

With the appropriate special privileges, WSCE aims to have the transaction complete, and the funds in your account the same day. (This depends on your Financial Institution and transaction history with WSCE.)
All booked transactions are final, and binding.
Each client has his/her own predefined limits which would correspond with your already existing WSCE account activity.
